Our client’s brief:

After winning The Balvenie Artisan Award in 1995, Paul was invited to redesign the former whisky manager’s office into a space worthy of the Connoisseurs Tour.

With Scottish elm at its heart, the visitor centre celebrates craftsmanship and brand identity: a reception coffee table inlaid with real barley ears, a tasting bar with hand-carved draining board and barley motif, and touches of copper and glass.

The result is a space that blends natural beauty with whisky tradition: a warm, tactile setting still enjoyed by The Balvenie and its visitors today.
