Vallee Blanche

Lawrence Mcmanus asked Paul to design and create the interior for his restaurant on Byres road, Lawrence wanted the look and feel of an exquisite French Alpine Ski lodge.

We worked with the builder to ensure details of glass and brick, original walls were represented to perform huge tasks as they made the other elements come together. Elm table tops with an oiled finish, walls and ceilings clad with a slightly sanded, off saw Larch, stained and finished to create the atmosphere.

A quirky bar and gantry designed and manufactured with reclaimed Oak.
